Foodies - Fall is a great time to make chili. Its a versatile dish good for both families and parties. This is an easy dish to prepare ahead of time and can be seasoned and served a number of ways.
Ingredients
1 can chili beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomato sauce
2 can diced tomatoes
2 can water
1 small onion diced
2# ground chuck
Spices
salt and pepper
chili powder 4tbs
oregano 1tsp
cumin 1tsp
red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
paperika 1tsp
garlic powder 1tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Maza 1 tbs (add to thicken)
Directions
Cook ground beef until done.
Add chopped onion.
Add liquid ingredients, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and beans.
Stir and cook on medium heat.
Add spices and stir.
Cook for 1/2 hr then add 2 cans of water.
Simmer on low for 1 hr.
Serving Suggestions:
You can add additional spice like Tabasco, or Red Pepper Flakes to increase the heat.

Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream
